Hyperliquid Export Guide

Export Hyperliquid trade history for Journalit as CSV from the connected wallet history. This guide covers the export steps, the correct Trade History tab, and the hard 10,000-entry history limit that can hide older trades.

Bottom line

Hyperliquid trade history has a 10,000-entry export limit. Export regularly if you do not want older trades to become unrecoverable.

Overview

Wallet-connected export

You need to connect the same wallet you used for trading before the platform can show your history.

Trade History only

Journalit expects the trade execution history, not other account-history views such as funding history.

CSV download

Once you are in the Trade History view, the CSV export itself is straightforward.

Hard retention cap

If you exceed Hyperliquid's 10,000-entry limit, older trades are no longer retrievable through the normal export flow.

Most common mistake

If the export looks empty, the first thing to check is whether you connected the wrong wallet or opened the wrong history tab.

Export trades from Hyperliquid

Connect your wallet

Go to app.hyperliquid.xyz, click Connect, and connect the wallet you actually used for trading.

Open Trade History

Scroll to the lower part of the interface and switch to the Trade History tab.

Do not confuse this with Funding History or other account-history views.

Export the CSV

Inside Trade History, click Export to CSV and download the file to your computer.

Verify the file quickly

Open the CSV briefly in a text editor or spreadsheet and confirm it contains your perpetual trade history rather than another type of account data.

Quick validation before import

Correct wallet connected

The connected wallet is the one that actually placed the Hyperliquid trades.

Correct history tab

You exported from Trade History, not Funding History.

Non-empty file

The CSV actually contains rows of trade data before you bring it into Journalit.

Older history still available

If you trade frequently, do not assume old entries are still retrievable once the account exceeds 10,000 history rows.
