DeepCharts CSV Export Guide
Export closed futures trades from DeepCharts Strategy Report as CSV. Journalit's DeepCharts adapter reads the individual trade records in the report's Trade List, including the broker-reported realised P&L.
Bottom line
Generate a Strategy Report for the right broker, account, dates, and symbols. Then open Trade List, choose Export CSV, and import the original file with the DeepCharts adapter.

Journalit expects the CSV created from DeepCharts Strategy Report, not an orders window or a performance summary.
Trade List export
Open Trade List before exporting so the file contains individual closed trades rather than aggregate report figures.
Native adapter
Choose DeepCharts in Trade Import. The adapter interprets signed quantity, closed-trade timing, prices, and the reported P&L.
Keep the file unchanged
Import the downloaded CSV directly. Do not change its headers, delimiters, timestamps, or numeric values in a spreadsheet.

Most common mistake
The CSV must include the Symbol column and the entry and exit columns listed above.
A Strategy Performance summary is not a substitute for the Trade List export.
Export trades from DeepCharts
Open Strategy Report
In DeepCharts, open the Trading menu and select Strategy Report.
Choose the broker and account
Select the broker connection and account whose closed trades you want to import. Check this carefully when you have both simulation and live accounts.
Set the history and symbols
Use the report controls to choose the date range and symbols you want to include. Start with a short, known range if you are validating the import for the first time.
Generate the Trade List
Click Generate Report, then open the Trade List tab. Confirm that it shows the completed trades you expect before downloading anything.
Export CSV
Click Export CSV and save the downloaded file without opening or editing it in a spreadsheet.
Import with the DeepCharts adapter
In Journalit, open Trade Import, choose DeepCharts as the broker, select the account, and upload the CSV.

Complete columns
The CSV includes Symbol, Quantity, entry and exit timestamps, entry and exit prices, and ProfitLoss.
Expected date range
The report filters include the sessions you want to review and exclude any account history you do not want to import.
Correct time zone
Choose the Journalit import time zone that matches the timestamps displayed by DeepCharts before confirming the preview.
