Which consistency rule?

Calculated in your browser. Nothing you type is sent anywhere.

Your limit

40%

Your best day can be at most 40% of your total profit.

Add your best day and profit to see where you stand.

How the consistency rule works

Formula

best day ÷ total profit

Must stay at or under the firm's limit.

Example at 40%

$1,200 best day, $2,500 total = 48%

Needs $3,000 total: $500 more on smaller days.

Watch out

A big winning day can push you over.

Losing days make it worse too.

Evaluations usually measure all profit in the phase; payouts measure profit since the last payout. Full firm rules: Apex Trader Funding, Lucid Trading, MyFundedFutures, Take Profit Trader, Topstep, Tradeify, all firms.
