Not modelled: Evaluation drawdown after the profit target

What the evaluation drawdown does once the profit target is reached depends on the trading platform: Rithmic and WealthCharts accounts differ from Tradovate. Journalit's evaluation profiles add no platform-specific lock before Apex marks the evaluation passed.

Not calculated here: 30-day evaluation access

Current Apex evaluations are one-time purchases with 30 calendar days of access. Journalit's profiles do not track that deadline. Firm source

What this page can't tell you

  • Apex Trader Funding's dashboard decides whether you pass, breach or qualify for a payout.
  • Journalit tracks drawdown from recorded trades, not live equity inside a trade.
  • Journalit shows where you stand. It does not block orders.
  • Discretionary decisions stay unknown, never counted as met.

Payout figures and the payout check cover the current EOD and Intraday Trailing accounts. Legacy accounts are shown for their risk rules only.

Not modelled: Drawdown and daily loss checked on live equity

Apex enforces its drawdown and Daily Loss Limit against account equity during the session, including unrealised profit and loss in open positions. Journalit models both from the trades recorded in the journal and cannot see unrealised equity, so it cannot detect a breach that happened inside a trade. Firm source
