What these profiles can't tell you
  • The firm is the authority. Its dashboard and help centre decide whether an account has passed, breached or qualified for a payout.
  • Journalit tracks rules from the trades recorded in your journal. It does not see your broker's tick-by-tick equity, so it cannot detect a breach that happened on unrealised profit or loss inside a trade, and an intraday trailing floor is modelled from recorded trade results.
  • Journalit shows where you stand. It does not connect to the firm's risk system, place or block orders, or prevent a breach.
  • Conditions a firm decides at its discretion, or that the profile does not model, stay marked as unknown rather than counted as met.
